# Urban Nouveau

> Full-cycle urban and rural development firm — land, vision, permits, finance, build and long-term stewardship — working across Sweden, Portugal, India and Brazil. Founded by Sara Göransson and Filipe Balestra.

Urban Nouveau originates, structures, designs, builds and stewards developments that hold value across cycles. The firm partners with landowners, municipalities and investors on projects calibrated to real demand, ecological context and long-term community life.
